		<description>@Andi - I agree that if Twitter is used properly, it can be a beneficial tool. I do think it is an interesting channel to be monitored. For my current employer, we&#039;ve been toying with the idea of using Twitter for support.  We are also using it to market corporate blog posts, but I don&#039;t think we&#039;ve nailed down a great use for it yet. I am interested in seeing how our target market/audience pick up on it. 		<description>If used correctly, I think that Twitter can be a very effective business tool.  I am coaching clients to use it from time to time. It does not make sense for all business.  It can drive traffic, raise credibility for a person&#039;s particular are of expertise and be a great networking tool. But if you become too sales-y or share too much miscellaneous personal stuff the result can be very, very bad!</description>
